Requirements
• A background in interior design, property/new homes and/or show homes
• Experience in managing projects and people within the building Industry
• Proven business acumen and a desire to meet/exceed sales targets
• Passion for design and sound industry knowledge
• Excellent communication and people skills
• Ability to work independently to tight timescales
• Flexibility to work remotely all over the Midlands
Benefits
Bonus package commensurate on experience, company car, 20 days’ holiday plus bank holidays and additional days between Christmas and New Year.
