RTA Advisor - Stockport

Location: Stockport

Our client is looking for a number of RTA Agents for their expanding company. Full training will be provided. Previous knowledge or experience on the telephone in an office environment and experience of dealing with customers who have been involved in a Road Traffic Accident is a plus. You will be the first point of contact for the customer in their personal injury claims process.

Requirements for the role of an RTA Agent

Experience within the Road Traffic Accident (RTA) industry (minimum 6 months)
Able to demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills
Excellent interpersonal skills
Ability to objection handle and remain calm in a busy environment
Willing to work individually and part of a team
Clear, confident and professional telephone manner
General understanding of personal injury claims

Responsibilities of an RTA Agent

Answer questions about products or the company
Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales
Explain fees and terms and conditions
Work towards targets and KPIs
Maintain a positive working environment
Get to electronically sign clients up to a CFA agreement
