We are a rapidly growing recruitment agency, based in Sale, and we are currently looking for bright and energetic people to join our vibrant team who love sharing success. Your training would take place in-house, and you would be very hands on from the word go!

Responsibilities

Advertising Jobs for candidate attraction
Sourcing candidates to fill vacancies through a variety of job boards
Matching candidates skills to job requirements
Screening candidates over the phone and face to face
Using and maintaining a database for clients and candidates
Referencing candidates, and conducting background checks.
Assessing candidates Right to Work documents
Liaising with clients about new starters or taking inbound orders on occasion.
Working as part of a team to achieve team and company objectives, alongside individual targets.

Salary

£18,000
